Registration Packages and Fees

*Calling all Communications, IT and Network Professionals! Those who are responsible for communications, IT and network management in oil and gas, transportation, pipeline and maritime companies can qualify for a free pass to OilComm. To qualify for a free pass, please submit your registration through the registration portal. All questions must be answered. If you are identified as an end-user, a complimentary pass will be offered to you at the end of the registration process. Companies that manufacture, sell or distribute communications equipment, products, technology or other network services do not qualify for a complimentary pass. To expedite the approval process we recommend that you register with your work e-mail address. OilComm reserves the right to limit the number of free passes and will only accept registrations that meet the qualification criteria for the event. Registration Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made in writing.  Registrants who cancel before July 24th, 2016 will be subject to a cancellation fee 75% of the registration fee.  Registrants who do not cancel prior to July 24th, 2016 will be liable for the full registration fee.  Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.  If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants.  No refunds will be processed prior to the event.  Refunds due to registrant error will be subject to a $75 processing fee.

AGE POLICY: No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register for or attend OilComm. There are no exceptions.
